The new dates are 25-30 April and includes one pre-fishing day and three days of tournament fishing - $4,775 per angler in teams of two per room/boat. If you choose to do this, there are four boats available for the pre-fish day. Early birds - we will pay your airfare from Miami. The schedule and rules are listed on the webpage which was re-set yesterday. www.stuapteflytournament.com If wishing to only participate in the Tournament, the dates are 26-30 April. That package is $3,700 per angler in teams of two per room/boat. These packages include: Return airport transfers from Guatemala City to the Lodge; four or five nights accommodations in double occupancy rooms; all meals from dinner on night of arrival to breakfast on day of departure; three or four days of sailfishing aboard 37 to 43ft gameboats with captain, two mates, hot lunches and boat beverages; fly tackle is available on each boat (just in case); nightly entertainment and awards banquet. The 4th Annual Stu Apte Fly Fishing Sailfish Tournament has been re-scheduled from January to April 2009. It wasn’t an easy decision to make, but it needed to be done. Two months was not enough time to put this all together properly.
