ALL RATES ARE PER PERSON: ADULTS/CHILDREN - 6 & older, same as big cowboys
Single occupancy in a cabin $ 2,650. WEEKLY $ 450. DAILY
Double occupancy in a cabin $ 2,250. WEEKLY $ 390. DAILY
Triple occupancy in a cabin $ 2,000. WEEKLY $ 335. DAILY
Quad occupancy in a cabin $ 1,775. WEEKLY $ 285. DAILY

Children 4-5 years of age - 50% off Children under 1-3 year – Free Adult only September & October (+ 6% sales tax on 40% of Lodging and 15% service charge)

Deposit/Cancellation Policy – 25% deposit confirms your reservation. If your cabin can be re-rented for the same dates you reserved, your deposit will be refunded less 25%.

Jackson Airport Transfers - $45. per trip – per vehicle. Trips to Jackson - $35. per trip – per vehicle.

Extra Activities for Ranch Guests:

Fishing Trips: All day, 2 people, river float fishing $400/$450/$500 (depending on location) / Half day, 2 people river float fishing $350 These rates include
boat, fishing guide and outfits. (Fishing license and flies/leaders not included). Inquire about lake fishing, fly fishing equipment rentals & lessons at nominal rates.
Pack Trips: $150 per person – per night for ranch guests. (We have two camps: Martin Basin – for one-night pack trips and Hunter Creek – for two-night pack
trips.) Other area activities can be arranged.

PACK TRIP – 2 ppl 280 pd pp / 3 ppl 240 pd pp / 4 ppl 220 pd pp / 5 or more ppl 200 pd pp - add to ranch stay $150 pd pp
ELK/DEER HUNT – 8 DAY $4150 Elk: Area 84 & Deer: Region H Area 152
ANTELOPE HUNT – add on to hunt $400 pd pp – 2 days areas 87,88,89,90
FISHING PACKAGE - 4 NIGHTS SINGLE $2400, DOUBLE $1800 EA.
