The Travel Angle

As a "traveling spouse" on many of my husband's trips, it's often boring because I don't fish myself and hate to just sit in a hotel room or by the pool (if it even has a decent one) and read day after day.

The reason I appreciate Destination Fish is because of all the activities you include for dining, shopping, sightseeing, tours and other things to do. It's so much more fun if we go to places together where I don't feel like I'm just an evening distraction. It's also better learning about an area that's recommended by someone who actually went there. Most of the internet sites and brochures just hype their own places or are written by anglers for anglers instead of keeping us spouses in mind.

By the way, we went to Bermuda and have booked a trip to Costa Rica because of the articles in your magazine. I've even convinced him to reserve some days on the trips to enjoy things together and to appreciate more what places have to offer instead of just how many fish he catches.
