ACCEPTED GRAPHIC FORMAT:
PDF x1/a (must be pdf version 1.4)

• No application files will be accepted
• All color spaces must be process (CMYK) or grayscale. No RGB, LAB, spot colors, or embedded ICC profiles accepted
• All bitmap/raster elements must be at a resolution of 300 dpi
• All fonts must be embedded
• All files should have marks indicating trim and bleed. All marks must be outside the trim size of the document

 

PROOFS:
Kodak or Epson SWOP certified contract proof is required with ad submission for accurate reproduction. If a proof is not provided, reproduction is not guaranteed. Laser or inkjet proofs are not accepted.

MATERIAL STORAGE:
Materials will be stored digitally for a minimum of six months. Storage media (i.e. CD, DVD) provided by the client will be accepted but not stored. SWOP proofs will be kept for a minimum of six months, then destroyed.

SPECIALTY ADVERTISING:
Gatefolds, spadeas, inserts, blow-in cards, and other forms of specialty advertising are accepted (subject to publishers approval and may not contain third-party advertisements). Contact your sales representative for rates and specifications.

ART WORK TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Command Media Group will not be held responsible for errors in reproduction if files are submitted incorrectly as pertaining to the above guidelines and/or a SWOP certified contract proof is not provided. No liability is assumed for reproduction quality of any material received after the ad closing date listed on our production schedule (for a copy of our production schedule contact your sales representative).

Charges will apply for any production work necessary to create a press-ready file. These charges will be billed to the client/agency.

ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The contents of advertisements are subject to publisher’s approval. Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position commitment at anytime. CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Command Media Group reserves the right to reject or cancel ad placements, insertion orders or premium position commitments at any time for any reason. Copy is subject to approval. Representing agency agrees on behalf of advertiser that upon tear sheet, default in payment by agency will be guaranteed by advertiser.

Agency and advertiser shall indemnify Command Media Group against any and all damages and any applicable related expenses arising from the advertisement. Command Media Group will not be held liable for failure to execute advertising orders because of acts of nature or any other cause beyond the publisher’s control which may affect production or distribution. All ad rates are net. The correctness of all copy is the sole responsibility of the advertiser. No cancellations accepted after closing dates.

All advertisers are required to pay a nonrefundable 50% deposit with insertion order unless otherwise noted. Balance due upon receipt of tear sheet. Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish the contents thereof. The publisher’s liability for any error in, or omission of an advertisement will never exceed the cost of said advertising space.
